Daillen is an independent researcher and co-founder of BeDo, a wellbeing consultancy for impact-driven professionals. Her research explores the potential of small scale agriculture in combating chronic malnutrition in rural Guatemala. She holds professional certifications in counselling, traumatic stress studies, and compassion science, all of which inform her work as both a researcher and an educator.

Megan is a PhD candidate in the International Development programme at the University of Edinburgh. Her research projects include an ethnographic study of urban refugees in Kenya, and analysis of mental wellness strategies among researchers in fragile contexts.
